Biotechnology is a leader and innovator in the design
and manufacture of general and specialized glassware. Bellco
Biotechnology Spinner Flasks are available in several styles
to suit a broad range of cell culture applications:
Bell-Flo™
Spinner Flasks with Impeller Assembly are designed
for optimal growth and agitation of suspension and microcarrier
cell culture applications. They are ideal for insect cell
culture at reduced volume and increased oxygenation. All Bell-Flo
spinner flasks feature bottom indents and three (3) vertical
baffles for enhanced agitation of contents and are graduated
to approximate volumes. Learn

Glass Ball
Spinner Flasks with Impeller Assembly feature a specially
formed bottom indent that helps to prevent accumulation of
microcarrier beads on the vessel bottom. The glass impeller
shaft is attached to a vented fitting on the PTFE cap seal
by a length of standard silicone tubing. Learn

4-45™
Bioreactor Flask and Stainless Steel Capseal has four
45mm sidearms. The sidearms are arranged at 90° around
the center neck and will accept all approximately sized 1965-series
Bellco port assemblies, sparging tubes and thermowell assemblies
as well as 45mm open top caps, vent caps and vent tube filter
assemblies. The stainless steel probe capseal has four accessory
ports surrounding a centrally located internal impeller assembly.
The capseal, impeller, and all fittings are steam autoclavable.

MicroCarrier
Spinner Flasks with Impeller Assembly are designed
for optimized growth of suspension and microcarrier cell cultures,
and are ideal for insect cell cultures and anchorage-dependent
cells at reduced volume. The design incorporates a fluid dynamic
impeller assembly to assure gentle and efficient lift for
suspension of microcarrier beads at very low mixing speeds.

Spinner Flasks
with Internal Overhead Bearing Impeller have an adjustable
shaft assembly to regulate paddle assembly positioning. The
cap assembly has an internal bearing to decrease any risk
of contamination and does not have an external impeller shaft
protruding from the cap. Learn
